Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made prior to the check-in date regardless of when will incur a charge equivalent to one night's tariff/ booking amount paid.

• One night's advance/mentioned amount payment is required to confirm the booking.

1. Jurisdiction: In matters relating to the enforcement of rights or remedies under this Cancellation Policy, the courts of Goa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Liability and Authorization: By signing this Cancellation Policy, the guest(s) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and are duly authorized to bind themselves, their principal, and accompanying guests or invitees to these terms and conditions. The signing guest(s) agree to be personally liable for the residence of guests in their accompanying party, including invitees, and for any claims arising against Kingstork Beach Resort, its owners/operators, associates, servants, employees, or any person connected directly or indirectly with the operation of the resort. This includes claims arising from harm, injury, death, or loss suffered while on the resort premises or property, regardless of whether such claims result from the act or omission of Kingstork Beach Resort, its owners/operators, associates, servants, employees, or any other individuals connected to the resort's operation.

These terms and conditions must be agreed to by the signing guest(s) or their authorized representative at the time of booking.
