Booking Policies

  • Bookings can be made via email at info@kingstork.com or via WhatsApp on +91-9850217006.

  • We accept UPI, Cash, Credit/Debit Cards.

  • To confirm booking one days advance of your daily room rate needs to be sent via bank transfer. For bank details you may email us.

  • All booking/confirmation amounts are non refundable and non transferrable to other dates.

  • We do not have any tie up with any travel agency or booking site besides sites associated with Expedia.com and Booking.com BV

  • All Prices are exclusive or inclusive of Breakfast depending on your rate  (12% GST Applicable from 01/07/2017)

Hotel General Policies

  • Each Room is on a twin sharing basis charge. Extra person is an additional charge. Upto one additional person can be accommodated in one room with an extra bed provided for the same.

  • Children below 5 yrs free, Upto one child can be accommodated in one room. The child however is not entitled to an extra bed or complimentary breakfast if it comes inclusive with your rate plan.

  • Valid Government Photo I.D proof is a must for all at the time of Checking-In for domestic guests. Passports with a valid Visa is a must for International guests. Failure to present this will result in you being denied Check-in.

  • CCTV's are installed at the reception, passages and restaurant.

  • Pay Parking on main road courtesy Calangute Village Panchayat. The hotel does not bear any responsibility for any damage or theft of your vehicle or responsibility to find parking for your vehicle. The hotel also has no facility to accommodate your driver/domestic help we request you to kindly arrange for the same.

  • WIFI provided to guests is free of charge at the Reception and Pool Area. The management however is not responsible for any sudden loss of internet, non connection of internet or data theft as it is an external service., though we will try our best to make it available at all times.

  • The hotel has 24x7 power back up generator.

  • Check out 10:00am.

  • Check in 12:00pm.

  • Early Check-in and late Check-out is subject to availability and is chargeable. Half day until 5pm, full day after 5pm.

  • Rights of Admission Reserved.

  • Any rules and regulations missed or omitted will be applicable  based on the discretion of the management, the final decision lies with the management only.

Restaurant Policies

  • Breakfast is served from 8:00am to 10:30am & Lunch is open from 11:00am to 3pm.

  • Dinner is open from 6pm to 10:00pm (Restaurant will be strictly shut thereafter).

  • Restaurant bills of hotel guests can be credited and settled at the time of check out. However all bills must be signed by guests. Credit limit is as per the discretion of the management.

Housekeeping, In-Room and Laundry Policies.

  • Pool towels can be requested from the reception, Pool timings are from 8am to 6pm. Please abide by the pool rules mentioned at the pool area.

  • Guest rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with change of towels. Linen and other items will be changed on alternate days as per the schedule of HSKP. Timings for the same are 9am to 1pm. Kindly leave your key at the reception if you require your room to be cleaned.

  • Kindly lock your valuables in the digital safes provided in each room, the management is not responsible for loss of any personal belongings.

  • Laundry Service is provided at cost (external service), collected from the reception before 10 to 12pm, management is not responsible for any damage or loss.

Hotel Stay Covid Regulations

  • Due to the onset of Coronavirus, we have limited staff working at the premises. Kindly bear with us as this is due to your safety.

  • All payments should be made upon check in, kindly opt for digital payment via UPI if possible, to avoid contact.

  • All guests will be temperature checked at check in and on entry into the hotel as per discretion of the staff. If temperature found above the prescribed limit. Check in and entry will be denied.

  • Non - resident guests/drivers/domestic help are strictly not allowed into the hotel at all times with no exceptions.

  • All guest should wear a mask at all times while inside the property and outside of your room. 

  • If you require any further assistance, please contact us on the numbers mentioned at the reception.

    ROOM CLEANING GUIDELINES

  • Rooms will be cleaned by housekeeping staff on a daily basis only after room occupants have exited the room. 

  • Room cleaning will take longer than usual due to sanitizing requirements.

  • The presence of hotel staff in your room will be strictly restricted for room cleaning only all other assistance will be via the telephone.

  • FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES

  • Breakfast will be served from 8:00am to 10:30am

  • Lunch is served from 11am to 3pm. 

  • Dinner is served from 6pm to 10pm. 

  • Restaurant seating will be closed for all non-resident guests.  Resident guests are allowed to use the same until 10pm.

  • All Food and beverages will be served to the room as per the in-room menu provided. Complimentary breakfast will not be served to your room.

  • Kindly dial the reception or the restaurant once you leave your empty plates outside your room.
