Booking Policies

  • Bookings can be made via email only at

  • We accept major credit / debit cards except Amex. Card charges may apply.

  • To confirm booking one days advance of your daily room rate needs to be sent via bank transfer. For bank details you may email us.

  • All booking/confirmation amounts are non refundable and non transferrable to other dates.

  • We do not have any tie up with any travel agency or booking site besides sites associated with and BV

  • All Prices are inclusive or exclusive of Breakfast  (12% or 18% GST Applicable from 01/07/2017)

Hotel General Policies

  • Each Room is on a twin sharing basis charge. Extra person is an additional charge. Upto one additional person can be accommodated in one room with an extra bed provided for the same.

  • Children below 5 yrs free, Upto one child can be accommodated in one room. The child however is not entitled to an extra bed or complimentary breakfast that comes inclusive with your room.

  • Valid Government Photo I.D proof is a must for all at the time of Checking-In for domestic guests. Passports with a valid Visa is a must for International guests. Failure to present this will result in you being denied Check-in.

  • CCTV's are installed at the reception, passages and restaurant.

  • Pay Parking on main road courtesy Calangute Village Panchayat. The hotel does not bear any responsibility for any damage or theft of your vehicle or responsibility to find parking for your vehicle.

  • WIFI provided to guests is free of charge at Kingstork Beach Resort Reception and Pool Area. The management however is not responsible for any sudden loss of internet, non connection of internet or data theft as it is an external service., though we will try our best to make it available at all times.

  • The hotel has 24x7 power back up generator.

  • Check out 10:00am.

  • Check in 12:00pm.

  • Early Check-in and late Check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. Half day until 6pm, full day after 6pm.

  • Rights of Admission Reserved.

  • Any rules and regulations missed or omitted will be applicable  based on the discretion of the management, the final decision lies with the management only.

Restaurant Policies

  • Complimentary ‘a la Carte’ breakfast to our In-house guests is served at the restaurant between 8am to 11am.

  • All Day Dining is open from 11am to 6pm.

  • Dinner is open from 6pm to 10:00pm.

  • Restaurant bills of hotel guests can be credited and settled at the time of check out. However all bills must be signed by guests. Credit limit is as per the discretion of the management.

Housekeeping, In-Room and Laundry Policies.

  • Room service of eatables is strictly not allowed you can however eat in the balcony. Kingstork Bar & Restaurant will not provide food to your room. please bear with us, as this is to maintain cleanliness and freshness in the room.

  • Pool towels can be requested from the reception, Pool timings are from 8am to 6pm. Please abide by the pool rules mentioned at the pool area.

  • Guest rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with change of towels. Linen and other items will be changed on alternate days as per the schedule of HSKP.

  • Kindly lock your valuables in the digital safes provided in each room, the management is not responsible for loss of any personal belongings.

  • Laundry Service is provided at cost (external service), collected from the reception before 10 to 12pm, management is not responsible for any damage or loss.
